Focus AreaHomeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP), Incarcerated Veterans’ Transition Program (IVTP), and the Homeless Women Veterans' and Homeless Veterans' with Children Reintegration Grant Program are collectively referred to as HVRP. The intent of HVRP, an employment-focused competitive Federal grant program, is to enable America’s veterans to reach their full employment potential and obtain high-quality career outcomes for veterans experiencing homelessness.
