Texas Rural College Promise is a pioneering program that aims to produce stronger and more equitable college and workforce outcomes for rural Texas students and communities. Initiated last year with funding from Greater Texas Foundation, the program currently serves three colleges: Grayson College, North Central Texas College, and Tyler Junior College; partnering with local school districts and regional institutions to develop Regional Talent Networks for North and East Texas. This session shared insights from the project, including what’s next for the colleges and their partners.
