From virtual learning to telehealth, technology makes life easier. But for people with disabilities, it can make things possible.
Assistive Technology (AT) includes any tool, device, or software that helps individuals with disabilities live, learn, work, and thrive. In Texas, the Texas Technology Access Program (TTAP) is the state’s go-to resource for AT, offering device loans, statewide demo centers, reuse and recycling programs, financing support, and training, info, and technical assistance.
In this session, we explore TTAP’s statewide network, discover how they’re expanding access to AT, and learn how you can help bring these tools to more rural Texans.
