What are the energy needs, challenges, and perspectives of people that make up the communities we serve? Synthesizing survey data from over 6,500 Texas households with low to moderate incomes (LMI), the Texas Energy Poverty Research Institute (TEPRI) has put together new statewide and regional reports that illuminate some of the critical challenges LMI households face regarding energy affordability, reliability/resilience, and clean energy needs.
