The grant is open to Texas Library Association (TLA) members who work in any type of library in Texas. TLA Membership is required from at least one employee from the library to apply.
Focus Area
The Summer at the Library Grant Program supports libraries in expanding and enhancing summer programming through funding from the 2025 Summer at the Library H-E-B campaign. The grant helps libraries foster literacy and learning during the summer months; support innovative programming and events; increase access to books, digital resources, and reading materials; and strengthen community partnerships and outreach efforts.
