Eligible Entities
To be eligible for funding applicant organizations must: 1) Be a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and 2) Provide programs and services directly benefiting Bexar County and the residents of the surrounding seven contiguous counties (Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, and Wilson).
Focus Area
The purposes of the Capital Grants cycles is to provide funding for nonprofit infrastructure development projects at critical stages of completion. Eligible project categories include:
1) Early Stage Projects (less than 25% funded): Maximum award of $250,000
2) Late Stage Projects (at least 25% funded): Maximum award of $350,000
