Focus AreaGrants under the NSFLTP Program are to be awarded on a competitive basis to projects of national significance for construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of transportation facilities within, adjacent to, or providing access to Federal or Tribal Lands. The project's estimated cost must be at least $12.5 million, but there is no minimum award amount.
