Focus AreaFunding opportunity focused on identifying and working with nonprofit partners to serve in an intermediary role to foster connections between the Foundation and communities with the greatest health needs in Central Texas. Through this open call, the foundations seeks to invest in community-rooted intermediaries with the potential to re-grant St. David’s Foundation funding to serve under-resourced entities, emerging nonprofits, grassroots organizations, neighborhood associations, informal community networks, community-based initiatives, and community constituents toward the Foundation’s mission of advancing health equity.
