The Helen S Boylan Foudnation actively distribute quarterly grants to local non-profit orginations serving arts & education, women & children, health & wellness and the beautification of their communities. Generally, grants are limited to projects that benefit the citizens of Jasper County, Missouri; Smith County, Texas; and Kansas City, Metropolitan area. The Foundation prefers to support proposals for new initiatives, special projects, expansion of current programs, capital improvements or building renovations.
