Eligible Entities
In order to request classroom materials, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: 1) You are a Pre K – grade 12 full-time educator in the El Paso / Las Cruces area. “Full-time educator” includes public or private school teachers, librarians, guidance counselors, school nurses and full-time teachers who may also act as coaches. 2) You did not receive a Classroom Fund grant last year in 2025. 3) You spend 75% of your time working directly with students. 4) You commit to posting requests for materials that your students will directly use/experience. 5) Your request is for materials with a total cost of $1,000 or less. 6) You commit to reporting on the use of materials through either pictures, video or written letter by June 15, 2027.
