Projects will include people with lived experience with the child welfare system and/or domestic violence in critical decision-making processes, such as planning, implementing, and evaluating services and resources. The goal of the program is to improve collaboration between child welfare and domestic violence agencies to ensure that families affected by domestic violence, with or at risk of involvement with the child welfare system, have timely access to trauma-informed, individualized services and resources that improve their safety and well-being.
