Focus AreaThe funds will be used to support the development, modernization, and diversification of Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs); partnership alignment to support workforce system integration of services; increase the number of apprentices enrolled in RAPs, including underrepresented populations and underserved communities; and the development of and improvements to recruitment strategies to target expansion activities directed at new, traditional, and non-traditional industries and occupations (including but not limited to K-12 education, healthcare, semiconductor, construction, and other critical skills).
