Applications may be submitted by independent school districts that operate law enforcement agencies employing peace officers under Article 2A.001, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, or that directly enter into a memorandum of understanding with a local law enforcement agency to provide school resource officers under Section 37.081, Texas Government Code.
Focus Area
