This program provides grants for education, health services, human services, arts and cultural activities, and more in West Texas. Note: organizations that have not received funding from the Abell-Hanger Foundation in the past or funding has lapsed 24 months and are seeking funding will be asked to submit a Pre-Proposal Questionnaire (PPQ) using the online grant portal.
